Stress reduction is one of the greatest health oriented goals in our society today. Stress, which is an emotional response to our environment, can manifest itself into physical ailments. So it is important that each of us reduce that stress and it's effects on the body. We have created this specially energized spray to help do just that.

We have created this scented spray to open and align the chakras and energy body for an overall state of calmness and well being and to soothe the body. This spray can be used before Reiki and Massage sessions, Meditation sessions, or after a long day at work or with the kids.

We create this spray by filling a 14 inch Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl with pure water. We add Quartz, Amethyst, and Citrine crystals. The Quartz Bowl is played for 5 minutes, creating a highly vibrational and energetic environment in which the energy from the crystals are transferred into the water. The Quartz Bowl with it's contents are left outside for 2 hours to energize in our beautiful natural environment. We ask that the plants and Nature Spirits further add their wonderfully healing energies to the water. We then add pure Essential Oils, and place it in a 2 oz spray bottle. The results are wonderful when the scented and energized liquid is misted over your body or any client's you are working with. It is also good to spray over a Reiki or Massage table before a session to energetically awaken the space.

The essential oils used in this spray are: Lavender, Lemon Mint, and Wild Marjoram.

This is a 2 ounce spray bottle. There are approximately 350 sprays per bottle so it will last you for a while (depending on use).

To keep the spray energized, we place a Tumbled Amethyst in the bottle.
